IMPAQ is privately owned by the Langmann family, Prof. Dr. Langmann (chairman) and Anne Langmann (CEO) are our shareholders.

Anne Langmann - Shareholder & CEO

Anne Langmann is not only the owner of IMPAQ, but has been in a managing position within the IMPAQ group since the foundation and is the chair of the IMPAQ supervisory board and our CEO.  

Anne studied Business Management at the Universität St. Gallen and graduated with a Certificate lic. oec. HSG. She is a member of the Merck family council.

Moreover, Anne is a member of the board of trustees of the "Wertekommission e.V."

Prof. Dr. Hans Joachim Langmann - Shareholder

Prof. Dr. Hans Joachim Langmann has been chairman of the executive board of E. Merck and Merck KGaA for over 30 years. Today he is still a member/chairman of the Merck family council.

Prof. Dr. Langmann has been a member of the IMPAQ supervisory board since the beginning.

In 2007 Prof. Dr. Langmann was honoured by the German "managermagazin" and inducted into their "Hall of Fame", where outstanding personalities are recognized every year.
