Stefan Hasler - Country Manager Switzerland
Stefan joined IMPAQ in December 2006 as part of the acquisition of SmartTeam, since then he has been a member of the IMPAQ Management Team; he took over the role of our Country Manager Switzerland in 2009.
Before his time at IMPAQ he has been the co-founder and Managing Partner of SmartTeam from 2001 – 2006. From 1995 till 2001, he was the Business Unit Manager Securities Management at SYSTOR, and Project Manager and Head of application development at NCR Switzerland from 1988 till 1994.
Stefan's hobbies are playing cards, outdoor sports and his interest in people.

Andrzej Kawinski - Country Manager Poland
Andrzej joined IMPAQ on December 2009 as Country Manager for Poland and is a member of the IMPAQ Management Team.
For the past ten years Andrzej has been the General Manager of Wincor Nixdorf Poland, a company he has build up from scratch to a size of 350 people. His expertise is the banking market in Poland and he is the leader of the Banking Technology Forum of the Polish Banking Association. In addition he has an excellent know how of the retail market, and is experienced in software development management and software solutions.
Andrzej is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology with an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.
Andrzej hobbies include skiing, sailing and swimming. He is also keen on photography.

Matt Studholme - Country Manager UK
Matt joined IMPAQ in 2005 as Country Manager for the UK and is a member of the IMPAQ Management Team since then.
Previously Matt led the UK Sales and Marketing operation for one of the world’s largest outsourcing organisations and has over 20 years experience in: marketing, change management, business process improvement, software engineering, global delivery and outsourcing.
Matt enjoys sailing and is an enthusiastic tennis player.

Nick Gordon - Managing Director UK Financial Services
Nick joined IMPAQ in October 2009 and immediately established our new London office in St James Street, and is now a member of the IMPAQ Management Team.
Before joining IMPAQ he was an independent Regulatory & Compliance Consultant, working mainly in the City of London. Prior to that he was head of Financial Services at GFT London. His background is helping to establish new near-shore and on-shore offerings for a variety of different companies with a focus in Financial Services.
Nick’s main passion outside work is coaching field hockey and sailing.

Laura Hain - Head of Marketing & Communication Services
Laura joined IMPAQ Holding AG in early 2007, as part of the Management Team she is responsible for the group wide marketing and communication.
Previously Laura has been working as an Account Manager for a German Specialist Recruiter. She has a Master in International Business Studies from the Universiteit Maastricht in the Netherlands.
In her free time, Laura likes trying all different kinds of sports and spending time with her family and friends.
