In the 4th quarter of 2009, IMPAQ established its Luxembourg subsidiary. This was a logical step after the successful implementation of a core banking system in Hauck & Aufhäuser Banquiers Luxembourg S.A.. This project took place  between February 2008 and May 2009.

IMPAQ directly adresses the needs of customers in the finance sector in Luxembourg, and serves as a hub for the offerings within the IMPAQ group. This includes traditional IT-Services, Business and Technology Consultancy as well as the delivery of turnkey projects, if required, as overall responsible prime contractor, guaranteeing functionality, timeframe and price. IMPAQ is the mother company of ICBS S.A., a highly specialized provider of ASP- and BPO-Services in the area of Core Banking.

IMPAQ’s office is conveniently located in the direct vicinity of the Luxembourg airport in Senningerberg.
