Freddy Kornfeld – Member of Executive Group Board responsible for sales and delivery processes
Freddy joined IMPAQ in April 2008, he is responsible for the delivery of all services & consulting activities as well as the client & sales management. He is also acting as our Country Manager Germany, together with Uwe Kannemacher.
Previously, Freddy has been the Global COO for Dresdner Kleinwort overlooking all functional domains of the investment bank with over 5.000 employees across Front and Back Offices. He has also been appointed to be a member of the executive committees and boards of legal entity directors. Freddy has advised, invested, consulted, and finally set up and managed a number of new and growing SME companies in different sectors.
In his free time Freddy enjoys travelling to see the world and is an enthusiast of contemporary arts, opera and ballet.

Uwe Kannemacher - Member of Executive Group Board responsible for large projects and tactical business development
Uwe joined IMPAQ in late 2008, in his role Uwe is responsible for Business Development and Large Projects. He is also acting as our Country Manager Germany, together with Freddy Kornfeld.
Since 1999 Uwe has been the managing director and partner in a small Germany based consultancy firm, SOKOMA Ltd., bought by IMPAQ end of 2008. For 18 years his focus has been on the IT- & processing area of the financial services and IT sector.
He enjoys his dog Apas, motorcycling and art photography.

Tom Cull - Vice Chairman IMPAQ Group
Tom Cull is the Vice Chairman of IMPAQ and Country Manager of IMPAQ's US operations.
Tom joined IMPAQ in 1996 to open IMPAQ's US subsidiary in the Los Angeles area and has also acted extensively as a consultant to IMPAQ Holding as well as IMPAQ UK and IMPAQ Poland.
During his long career in the IT business Tom has held a wide range of positions. He was President of the first commercial UNIX software company, and had his own IT consulting business for 14 years before joining IMPAQ. Most of his IT experience has an international dimension.
In his spare time when not living on an airplane Tom lives with his wife, Jean Marie and is significantly involved in the area of justice through his church and other organisations.

Oliver Altmann - Director International Delivery
Oliver joined IMPAQ in January 2010 as Director of international delivery for technical consulting capabilities and resources across the group.
Previously, Oliver was Head of Markets & Investment Banking IT at UniCredit, where he managed international delivery and was jointly responsible for the integration program. Oliver started his career as a software developer with Dresdner Bank in the Treasury & Trading department. Step by step, he developed his IT management and business skills, culminating in his promotion to the position of Managing Director and CIO Continental Europe at Dresdner Kleinwort in 2006. Drawing on his insights into IT as a tool to solve concrete customer needs, Oliver welcomes the opportunity to join the actual delivery side of the business.
In his spare time, Oliver enjoys a wide range of sporting activities with his family, including skiing, mountain biking and water sports. He also likes to build model airplanes.

Anna Krüger - Director Finance
Anna joined IMPAQ Holding AG in 2008 as the Director of Finance and member of the IMPAQ Management Team. Anna is responsible for the overall finance of the IMPAQ group.
Before joining IMPAQ, Anna has been working almost 5 years as an Auditor Financial Services for KPMG Switzerland.
In her free time, Anna likes to spend time with her family (especially her little daughter) and enjoys skiing and theatre.

Dr. Katja Nothnagel - Director Administration, HR and Organisational Development
Katja joined IMPAQ Holding AG in 2007. As the Director of Administration, HR and Organisational Development and part of the Management Team, she is responsible for most of the business support areas (HR, administration, organisational and personnel development).
Before joining headquarters, Katja worked from 2003 to 2007 for IMPAQ in Germany, mainly in controlling and change management. During that time, she completed her dissertation within the field of strategic management, focusing on competitive advantages related to core competencies.
In her free time, Katja enjoys jogging, hiking, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Peter Zwyssig – Director International Marketing & Sales
Peter joined IMPAQ in August 2010 as Director for the international Marketing & Sales and is responsible for the operation and group wide international alignment of both Marketing and Sales.
Previously, Peter was an active entrepreneur, worked 4 years for Accenture in the area of Financial Services and was the last 3 years with Unic, acting as Director Sales and Consulting and Partner in Austria.
In his free time Peter enjoys playing golf, mountain biking, travelling, cooking and spending time with his family and friends.

Holger Follmann – Non Executive Relationship Advisor
Holger joined IMPAQ in 2006, he manages all sales and marketing activities for existing clients and prospects and is responsible for strategic acquisitions for the group.
He has been a Sales/Marketing Financial Services Director at Thales IS GmbH from 2002 till 2005, and acted as Chairmen of the board of PYLON AG (90% subsidiary of Deutscher Ring Versicherung) from 2005 till 2006.
He is a member of the advisory board at Hauck&Aufhäuser private bank, of the English Investment bank CloseBrothers Germany, as well as of the German Wertekommission e.V.
His hobbies are sports and relationship networks.
