Prof. Dr. Hans Joachim Langmann and Anne Langmann privately own IMPAQ. Together with Freddy Kornfeld, Executive Director, they are focusing on the strategic long-term direction of IMPAQ and overlook the Group Executive Board (GEB). They represent IMPAQ's strong financial foundation and the long-term commitment to our clients.

IMPAQ's Group Executive Board (GEB) is responsible for the operational business of IMPAQ. Every member of the GEB embodies skills and knowledge from different areas of expertise, which in combination result in a well-functioning Group Executive Board with the common characteristics of strong organizational commitment and entrepreneurial spirit.
