Smart sourcing - as individually as you and your project

Our smart sourcing approach accommodates the requirements of the project. Typically we choose together with the customer a mixed delivery approach, where we have a local onsite team that communicates with the customer directly and an offsite delivery team.

In general we deliver:

• In various delivery approaches such as waterfall or agile;
• In stages such as analysis, design, development, testing, training, rollout and application maintenance;
• With the following roles: project manager, scrummaster, requirements analyst, software engineer, quality manager and tester.
