Olaf von der Ahe - General Manager Germany

 

  • General Manager for Germany and a member of the Group Executive Board.
  • Before joining IMPAQ, Olaf held the position of Sales Director at CSC, responsible for Banking Germany. Furthermore he possess broad experience in the business of customer-orientated consulting and project management. 
  • In his free time he enjoys travelling and sporting activities, in particular scuba diving, skiing and cycling.

Anna Krüger - Director International Finance & Controlling 

 

  • Director of International Finance & Controlling and member of the IMPAQ Group Executive Board,
  • Before joining IMPAQ, Anna has been working almost 5 years as an Auditor Financial Services for KPMG Switzerland;
  • In her free time, Anna likes to spend time with her family (especially her little daughter) and enjoys skiing and theatre.

Heinrich Grob - General Manager Switzerland

 

  • General Manager Switzerland and Business Unit Director Insurance Switzerland, member of the Group Executive Board;
  • Before joining IMPAQ, Heinrich was Partner and Senior Project Manager at SmartTeam AG, where he was responsible for large projects and the development of the insurance business;
  • In his spare time Heinrich likes to spend time with his family and enjoys sporting activities like golf, hiking, skiing and sailing. Heinrich is involved in the energy sector through his dedication to the local power supplier in his city.

Michael Eisele - Director International Corporate Development, General Manager U.K. 

 

  • General Manager U.K. and Director for International Corporate Development, member of the Group Executive Board,
  • Overlooking strategic initiatives across the group. He is also in charge of the on-going restructuring and repositioning efforts at a country level across the organization;
  • Before joining IMPAQ, Michael was Global Head of Project and Cost Control for Dresdner Kleinwort Investment Banking in London.
  • Outside the office, Michael enjoys cycling and swimming (preferable in the sea, which explains his preference for travelling).

Rafal Polański - General Manager Poland 

  • General Manager for Poland and a member of the Group Executive Board,
  • Before joining IMPAQ Rafal held a position as a senior manager responsible for the European consulting business at Nokia Siemens Networks;
  • In his free time Rafal is a keen triathlete (swimming, cycling and running).
