Stephan - Project Manager

Who am I?

My name is Stephan. After my apprenticeship in a bank, I decided to focus on IT and graduated as an analyst/programmer, as well as in business informatics.  

After various jobs in banking and in insurance companies I accepted a new challenge as an IT consultant working for a small IT consulting company called “SmartTeam”.  

Why did I join IMPAQ?

In 2007, The “SmartTeam” was taken over by IMPAQ. This change increased professional perspectives considerably as I now have the opportunity to work in a near shore project where I am able to act in different roles.

How is my experience?

I have experiences as project manager, team leader and as expert for the project and/or program offices in the financial services sector, my special expertise in Insurance is mainly group life related. Since 2009, I’ve been working in a near shore project together with colleagues from Switzerland and the Ukraine.  

Today I have a multi-functional role where I do business analyses, project management and also support test management.

What are my career aspirations?

I would like to further improve my knowledge and get actively involved with different software engineering models such as “SCRUM”. On the other side, I would also like to extend my business and industry knowledge as well as increase my experiences in working together with colleagues from different countries and cultures.
