• Honorary chairman of the Merck family council,
• Owner of IMPAQ Holding AG in Zurich and member of the supervisory board,
• Inducted into the German “manager magazin” hall of fame in 2007, an annual recognition of outstanding personalities;
• President of the BDI, VCI and the chamber of commerce and industry Darmstadt (IHK). 

Anne Langmann – Shareholder & Executive Director

• Graduated from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, as“lic.oec. HSG”;
• Owner of IMPAQ Holding AG in Zurich, Chair of the supervisory board and Executive Director. Manages Group Executive Board together with Freddy Kornfeld;
• Member of the Board of Trustees of the “Wertekommission e.V.”. In addition certified as trainer and consultant for change management and organisational development in the US and Germany.

Freddy Kornfeld – Executive Director

• Acting CO-CEO of IMPAQ Holding AG since 2008, since 2010 Executive Director jointly managing IMPAQ`s Group Executive Board together with Anne Langmann;
• Before joining IMPAQ, he was Global COO for Dresdner Kleinwort overlooking all functional domains of the investment bank with over 5.000 employees across Front and Back Offices;
• Member of numerous boards, as well as consultant and/or investor in several industries.
