Successful attendance at the IT convention & exhibition for the Insurance Industry in Leipzig

For the first time IMPAQ took part in the IT convention in Leipzig both as exhibiting company and with a lecture concerning successful migrations in Insurance Industry.

The event which is organized every year since 2009 is established as a key appointment for IT subjects in the German-speaking insurance industry.
In 2011 we had interesting dialogues with lots of the more than 490 participants as well as a positive response on the lecture of Mr. Peter Siegrist (Swiss Life) in collaboration with Markus Hill (IMPAQ) on the subject of “Controlling and examination in migration projects”.

The positioning in this event with a new stand, roll-ups and flyers is a part of the strategy to position IMPAQ in the German insurance market with the following issues:

• Systems for supply and distribution including MultiChannel and integration (e.g. systems for brokers acc. to BiPro)
• Systems for consulting and reference solutions respectively integration in comparator portals
• Use of social media for distribution and consulting
• Migration of products and data as well as storage of aged data and decommissioning of aged systems.
